Each item shows description, target ETA, and vote count.

ETA accuracy
Timelines are estimates:
- Items ship on time about 60 to 75% of the time.
- Delayed by 1 to 3 months for the rest.
- Cancelled rarely (under 5%).
We don't commit to dates; we share our best estimate.
Enterprise prioritization
For Enterprise customers with specific needs:
- Custom roadmap discussion with your account manager.
- Priority on specific items in exchange for usage commitments.
- Custom development for strategic needs.

Common pitfalls
Roadmap dates treated as commitments. They're estimates. Don't bet your launch.
Voting alone doesn't guarantee. Strategic and customer-impact factors weigh in.
Old requests un-revisited. Resubmit if still relevant.

Yes via your account manager. Public roadmap covers everyone.
Will you tell me why an item slipped?
Yes via status changes; check item's update history.
Do you publish post-mortem on cancelled items?
