What you see

A grid of available integrations:

  • Integration name and icon.
  • Connection status. Connected, Pending, Error, Not connected.
  • Last sync timestamp.
  • Scopes granted.
  • Configure / Disconnect buttons.

Available integrations

Today:

12 integrations native. Others via custom webhook skill.

Setup pattern

Most integrations follow the same flow:

  1. Click "Connect [Service]".
  2. Sign in.
  3. Approve scopes.
  4. AskVault tests connection.
  5. Configure mapping or sync settings.

About 10 minutes per integration. Some (Salesforce) need 30 to 45 minutes due to field mapping.

Health monitoring

Per integration:

  • OAuth token validity. Auto-refresh.
  • Last successful sync timestamp.
  • Error rate in the last 24 hours.
  • API rate-limit status with the upstream provider.

Failed integrations show red. Click to see specific error.

Disconnecting

To disconnect:

  1. Click the integration row.
  2. Click "Disconnect".
  3. Confirm.

What happens:

  • OAuth token revoked.
  • Sync stops.
  • Data already indexed preserves but stops updating.
  • Customer integration on upstream side not affected.

Reconnecting

Same flow as initial setup. New OAuth token issued. Existing data may sync incrementally or full re-sync depending on integration.

Multi-account per integration

For workspaces with multiple instances:

  • Multiple Notion workspaces under one AskVault workspace (Business).
  • Multiple Shopify stores (Business).
  • Configure under integration detail.

Planned features

Limits

  • Integrations per workspace. Plan-dependent.
  • Concurrent connections per integration. 1 (Growth), 5+ (Business).
  • Token re-auth. Required every 6 to 24 months depending on provider.

Common pitfalls

Connection succeeds, no data syncs. Permissions mismatch. Re-authorize with broader scope.

Integration shows red. Token expired or revoked. Reconnect.

Multiple integrations conflict. Both HubSpot and Salesforce contact-syncing the same lead. Pick one as authoritative.

FAQ

Can I have HubSpot AND Salesforce?

Yes. Specify which is primary CRM for routing.

Does disconnecting delete my data?

No. Indexed content preserves; just stops updating.

Will my upstream system notice the connection?

Yes via the OAuth audit log on their side.
