What appears in the feed
8 event categories:
- Conversations. New, escalated, resolved.
- Bot. Skills fired, knowledge gaps, fallbacks.
- Team. Logins, claims, releases, role changes.
- Knowledge. Source added, sync completed, source deleted.
- Integrations. Connected, disconnected, errors.
- Billing. Plan changes, payment events.
- Webhooks. Subscription created, delivery failures.
- System. API key activity, security events.
About 100 to 500 events per day on a typical workspace.
Where to find it
Dashboard > Activity Feed. Live stream view.
Per-conversation timeline. Filtered to one conversation's events.
Filters
Per view:
- Event type.
- Date range.
- Actor (user, bot, API key).
- Affected resource (conversation, contact, knowledge source).
Real-time updates
- 30-second refresh by default.
- WebSocket-driven real-time push (when browser supports).
- Pause toggle if streaming feels overwhelming.
Use cases
Manager oversight. Senior agent watches feed during peak hours, intervenes if pattern spotted.
Daily review. End-of-day filter to "Bot answered with thumbs-down" for QA.
Incident response. During outage, filter to "Channel errors" to assess scope.
New-team onboarding. Watch real conversations to learn the bot's behavior.
Notifications
Some feed events trigger notifications (see Notifications):
- Conversation escalated → email plus Slack.
- Knowledge gap → daily digest.
- Payment failed → immediate email.
Export
For audit or analysis:
- Filter to specific events.
- Click Export > CSV.
- Up to 10,000 events per export.
Limits
- Retention. 90 days standard.
- Export size. 10,000 events.
- WebSocket connections per user. 5 concurrent.
- Refresh interval. 30 seconds default.
- Categories tracked. 8 event types.
Common pitfalls
Feed too noisy. Apply tighter filters.
Missing events. Filter accidentally hiding. Reset filters.
Real-time push lag. Browser firewall blocking WebSocket. Falls back to polling.

Can I customize what shows in the feed?

Does this slow down the dashboard?
No. Server-streamed, low overhead.
Can I see events from before retention window?
Retained 90 days. Older events archived in audit log if Enterprise.
