What the trial includes

For 14 days, on the Free plan:

  • 50 messages per month.
  • 5 MB indexed content cap.
  • Web widget and shared chat page.
  • 1 team member.
  • 1 workspace.

No credit card required to start.

Countdown

Visible in dashboard:

  • "X days remaining in trial" banner.
  • Email reminders as the trial progresses, including a heads-up before day 14 that the workspace is about to expire.

After day 14

Two paths:

Path 1: upgrade to a paid plan. Do this any time during or after the trial to keep your agent and data. See pricing breakdown for plan details.

Path 2: no upgrade. The workspace expires unless you upgrade before the trial ends.

Trial extension

By default, not available. Contact support if:

  • Special enterprise eval. Sometimes granted with sales engagement.
  • Edge case (account issues mid-trial). Case-by-case.

Re-signup with different email

Trial doesn't reset:

  • Same email can't re-trial.
  • Same domain flagged after a few signups.
  • Genuinely new business (e.g., new company) can trial fresh.

Limits

  • Trial duration. 14 days exactly.
  • Trial plan. Free-tier limits throughout (50 messages, 5 MB, 1 workspace, 1 team member).
  • Extension. Rare, by contact.

Common pitfalls

Trial extension request after expiry. Less likely to be granted than before. Ask early.

Forgot to upgrade. Watch for the in-dashboard countdown banner and email reminders.

Card declined during upgrade. Try alternative payment or contact billing.

Can I upgrade during the trial?

Yes, at any point, and it takes effect immediately.
